SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24 hours during 5 business days after the order is placed.

 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by UPS or US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 4 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

REFUND POLICY

Returns: You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds or Replacements: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or replacement after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or a replacement as long as it still falls in the 15 calendar day period of when you initially received your item. You will receive the credit within 10 business days if you requested a refund instead of a replacement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
